Terms & Conditions

 

Your tour is secured at the time of booking by credit card. The credit card will not be charged except in the event of no-show at the agreed departure time and place, or notice of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booked tour date.

 

Tour payment must be completed at the time of tour departure by payment to the guide using Cash (AUD), Visa or MasterCard, or Travellers Cheque. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

 

Cancellation or alteration of a booking up to 48 hours before the day of departure is permitted. If less than 24 hours notice is given then the full cost of the tour will be charged to your credit card. 24 to 48 hours notice of cancellation or alteration will incur a $20.00 service charge.

 

Prices are per person in Australian Dollars.

 

We reserve the right to amend or cancel tours. Minimum passenger numbers may apply. In practice, however, tours are seldom amended or cancelled.

 

There are no refunds for bad weather.

 

Fares and all tour information are correct at the time of publication on the web site but may change without notice. Please request confirmation at the time of booking.
